Teacher, student & parent portals
Teachers upload homework and exams from the phone. Students sit exams question by question. Parents see fees, attendance, and results — without a 11pm call.
Till, books, uniform, arrears
A collection hits the till and the reports in the same moment. Receipts, discounts, kits, and who still owes — not an Excel file at month-end.
Control room & online exams
Once a grade is approved it shows on the student portal. Online exams: one question at a time, timer, score, mistakes, and time taken.
What the school actually gets
One login. Same data. Everyone sees only their job.
Student affairs
File, class, attendance, promotion. The usual mistakes are blocked before save.
Collections
Tuition, books, uniform, bus. Same student. Same till.
Teachers
Timetable, homework, prep, exams, and who actually worked.
Parents
Fees, absence, marks, behaviour. Official contact is not on the teacher’s personal number.
Bus & clinic
Who boarded, who visited the clinic, who is on sick leave.
Permissions
The cashier does not open payroll. Each page locks on its own.
